Feet Width Placement 

Beginners start with their feet at shoulders width and can increase or decrease as they progress and/or if they desire to target different muscle groups


Feet to Elevated Surfaces

Beginners start with placing their feet at arms’ length from the elevated surface and can increase or decrease distance as they progress and/or if they desire to target different muscle groups


Elevation Height

Beginners start at countertop height and graduate to lower surfaces as they progress and/or if they desire to target different muscle groups
